Thanks Patty

I don't have direct TV but my son does and I will get him to record this for me...

Now on to your GREAT weight loss... That is wonderful.... you should be so proud of yourself.
Don't worry about how you look on the show... TV adds weight to everyone... And now look at how you look and feel now....
I went to Curves for awhile but the machine were not for my arms and shoulder... so I walk and do Aqua exercise in Hot Tub... Stretching all of my muscles... great for ROM. I keep the temp below body temperature now that it is summer and can exercise the entire body... twice a day...

Hoping to be thinner for camp

Hi Tom,

Yes, a cross bow would be his only alternative if he is unable to draw back the right poundage. I went online to the www.Realtree.org and found a site on disabled bow hunters. I didn't have the time to check it out completely, but I bet it might help Michele's husband even little Michael.

We are so excited about the show coming up on Wednesday. Last night we stayed up to catch the 10 PM Sunday night show and at the end of the show they did a little preview of next weeks show! That's us!!! It took me by complete surprise! I cried! So of coarse after seeing your child and yourself on TV I got too excited and couldn't go to sleep till at least 1AM.

I hope most of you will see the show. We can't wait over here.

My 9 year old son is in archery and draws back with his affected arm. He has not had any surgeries. A compound bow was recommended for him. He enjoys archery so much and in competition came in "fourth" in our entire province in his division.

He loves archery more than hockey, and we will in Canada!!
