Hello, I found this site inadvertently while looking for the telephone number for the Hand & Upper Limb Clinic, London, ON.
Dr. Ross is listed here --> I could not resist the opportunity to post some praise of the man here; I suffered a severe injury to the left hand, wrist, and upper arm (both to bones and soft tissues), which required bone and skin grafts, as well as 5 hours of reconstructive surgery.
Success probability of the procedure was given as 20% beforehand; the other specialist who'd seen it initially had stated: "It's such a mess; if I have to touch it I will have to amputate."
Dr. Ross gave me back my hand; though it is somewhat impaired, considering the amount of damage that was there, it's nearly a miracle in my opinion.
Dr. Ross, in the event you read this:
Thank you.
To all others reading this -- we really should take a moment to appreciate the men and women who practice in extreme trauma medicine, for the life-altering work they do. Nobody else on the planet can give the kind of gift that these professionals do.
A million dollars would mean nothing, if it were at the cost of a limb -- so then, Dr. Ross has made me a rich man, who has now learned to appreciate life in a new way.
Thank you.
Dr. D. C. Ross, Hero :}

If he's not already on the Medical Resources list on this site get a form to give him...I'm not sure who does the medical resources but you can also just ask Nancy Birk nancy@ubpn.org.
