I ache for you and for all our kids.
But console yourself that you are going through this for her long term benefit.

How is Maia doing? I'll bet she is probably excited about going back to Texas! Hope so.

The funny part about this is when Maia grows up she may forget all of this while it will still be fresh in your mind...

Yes Fran....I feel the same way....It is #4 for Nicholas too next Monday...and you would think it would be easier but it is NOT! Well at least we can be there for each other for support. See you soon!

Megan is going in for her 3rd surgery on Monday. You are right it doesnt get easier. I know we are blessed but still I get so angry that we have to go thru this! I shouldnt be whining, it could be worse, but I think it was so avoidable. I've tried to deny my feelings for a long time, but with the surgery so close I realize the pain is still there. I can be brave and strong for megan, but inside.....Do you all feel the same way? Sandi

Gabrielle and I will add a little prayer for Maia tonight. I wish I had some words of comfort but I'm sure surgery on your child can never ever be easy. I don't care if it is her 10th she's still your little baby. God Bless.
