TCH address for videos

Hello everyone! Hope everyone had a great New Years!! Anway I did a dumb thing! I sent the wrong video to TCH so I don't know what video they got?? Anyway they won't be back until tomorrow and I was wondering if this is the correct address to send the video to?? TCH, 6621 Fannin St, CC 1610.01, Houston, TX 77030 ATTN: Brachial Plexus Clinic? I can't exactly remember the address that Lisa D gave me and I need to send the correct video out asap! Thanks!

you've got the right address....except I think that the CC is really MC for Mail Code... I checked on their website...
