OBPI forum clarification

hey question here
Is the Obpi forum for teens and adults WITH an Obpi? or for teens and adults to discuss OBPI? I ask NOT because I am trying to be trivial but I posted on there and then realized...maybe Im not suppose to...especially after I saw one of the new parents switch boards- so clarify for me please? Is it ok for parents and other adults to talk about their children with OBPI on the OBPI board? or is that specifically for discussion ABOUT adult and teen OBPI-perhaps more clarification in the area where there is a description for the forums-
