daughter has pain/have questions

I'm very glad to find this site! My daughter was in a bad accident about 10 years ago. Has constant pain and is now on methodone and lives in a shelter because of the guy she was involved with. She seems to sleep alot (too much). She always was very pretty and smart. The accident has really taken a bad toll! She is very stubborn and gave up on physical therapy years ago - is there a chance that physical therapy might work and maybe some natural pain management program, or other suggestions for such a stubborn young lady? She doesn't have insurance / only state medical program.I've been reading messages and have never heard of the drugs or other treatments mentioned here before.

Iam 52 and had Erbs in my left arm and latter had soft tissue damage done in my neck and shoulder and affected my left arm even more.Pain I live with an the problem with pain killers is they just end up not helping alot and just end up with side affects. Ive got more relief from ice and heat.What type of limition does she have,what would she like to do and what is she haveing problems doing Ill try to help.

I live my life alot in the progects in chicago,my dad didnt care or give child support.when a person fells all a lone with a disibilty the mom holds them close and says we will work this out.or trys there best and like my mom who was dead when i was 20yrs old you learn what is Inportant and Im still learning at 52.you have to have a life no matter what,I am not a doctor no way but It bugs me to no end that your chid gave up.maybe I can help this is way to Help me Help you....

I just want to finish and tell you that in the progects it was about 4 people living in 2rooms,you ask and will be the frist to tell you God bless you for caring.I am not a doctor only a person who cares like you do.and pull her nose dive into a positive.I just hate when a person give out. I dont think so.Im sorry about my spelling but My Mom was 5,6" and I weght 12Lbs at birth.I alwayes fell sorry for the nurse that had to find a enubatotor at my weight. So how can I help You Help her....I really would like to try...
