Hard upper arm area

This really freaks me out. My upper arm, and armpit area get extremely hard. Is there something I should do?

yeah mine is like that too. Its just the muscles tightened up. The best thing to do is Range of Motion exercise. My past few surgeries they had to go in a clip my pec in order to lift my arm above my head.
