we post, these issues happen in many ways 
we are different in many ways, but then we are not, we try 
shock:How the tragedy happen are many and how we adapt to get pass our limitation are many
we have the same outcome , we can never give up trying. we trying to overcome what we can in life and are left with overtime, with or without help from any doctor in life
