Anyone is southwest virgina or upper east tenn?

- Injury Description, Date, extent, surgical intervention etc: My daughter is 3 years old and has a right brachial plexus injury. she had a nerve transfer when she was 9 months old. So far she is doing well. But still has trouble with reaching above her head, and putting clothes on.
Anyone is southwest virgina or upper east tenn?
I was looking for anyone out there that might be in southwest virginia or upper east tenn that may have a child or that has experienced a brachial plexus injury.

I do not live in the mentioned area. However, I was born with ROBPI. My right forearm was rotated for use. I have issues with overhead reaching, but, I rotate my body trunk to assist with movement.
Exercising the limb is crucial. See your doctor, O.T. and P.T. for suggestions. Please give your child a chance of some limb mobility.
