- Injury Description, Date, extent, surgical intervention etc: c4,5,6,7 and t1 all avulsed,no left arm movement and fingers twich but no control.Had left arm removed at the shoulder.

Tears & stretching in BP of left arm. Significant loss of movement at elbow & wrist, and no deltoids. Looking forward to improvement!

Call & register, then they'll transfer you to the Brachial Plexus unit. They seem to be very helpful over the phone. Try to get copies of any MRI's, EMG's, etc. that you may have already had done, as they'll need any information that you can provide. Good luck! Post back with any questions & concerns.
