developmental delays and sensory

does anyone else's child have developmental delays with erb's palsy..we have sensory processing disorder, erb's palsy, developmental delays, speech delays, spatial issues, body awareness and body in space isues, depth perception. just feeling alone. do you think i need to be concerned about brain injury or anything else with all this. speech has improved greatly but school wants to improve expressive speech. iep just threw all this at me so trying to process it all. thanks for any advice.
