Injury Description, Date, extent, surgical intervention etc: Second son, Cameron, left obstetric brachial plexus injury in 2005.
Primary never graft surgery at 3 months old at St. Louis Children's Hospital
and several rounds of Botox injections.

Dining Out for BPI

Hello Everyone!

The ubpnCAMP2012 fundraising committee is organizing a national "Dining Out for BPI" night on Tuesday, August 23, 2011. Our goal is to get restaurants across the country to donate a portion of their dinner proceeds to ubpnCAMP2012. We need your help to make it a success. All it takes is a phone call to your local restaurants and a follow-up letter for their participation.

If you would like to help make this fundraiser a success, please email me at anise@ubpn.org for a "Dining Out for BPI" restaurant participation letter.

Wouldn't it be wonderful awareness for our bpi community to have hundreds of restaurants from across the country dining out for our injured adults and kids?
