LTN surgery

Post by mkjarobinson »

hi Everybody,

I recieved a long Thoracic Denervation surgery 6 years ago for a winging scapula.....huge mistake. Since then I have had daily chronic pain in my scalenes on the side where they went in.. Does anyone know of any med or natural supplement which helps nerves/muscles to heal or strengthen or even just feel better? It sucks...every day it feels like someone is strangling me on the right side of my neck...never goes away...and the barest touch of a shirt makes it even worse as the nerves have been hyper sensitive since the operation.( they tell me I also have pars turner syndrome...this doesnt make sense to me as the surgery to free the nerve did help me to raise my arm again...but the disease shouldnt cause that) If you have a winging scap due to an entrapped LTN...DO NOT GET THE SURGERY. Go to a doctor who tries to free the nerve with other methods! dont stop trying but dont let them ruin you like they did to me. Im only 39, and this sucks but If I can prevent it from happening to someone else then I feel a little better

Mike
ps-dont listen to nath, addelson, or anyone else until you have no other choice...always stay away from the knife. :(
