it is a battery powered spinning top that "flies" in the air - you control it by putting your hand underneath it and raising your arm up -- it HOVERS over your hand and you send it spinning through the room by using your hand/arm in a raised position
saw it on the "ellen" show today and was amazed!!
cheapest I found it so far is $20 -- worthwhile having a couple
I would think it's in the 5+ range but check the toy itself....
