Injury Description, Date, extent, surgical intervention etc: My husband got his injury after an 11 hour lumbar fusion in which he was facedown for all of the 11 hours. He now has no use of his right arm from biceps down. He is almost two months out. He of course is right handed.

attorney in southwest

Post by teri lowe »

Has anyone had any success with any lawyer in the southwest area (we live in las vegas). It has been a nightmare trying to find someone to help us. This is probably the most frustrating and depressing thing we both have ever been through. My husband has lost the use of his right arm (through no fault of his own except trying to improve his back arthritis) from positioning during an 11 hour surgery for lumbar fusion. Thanks in advance. i have a really wonderful attorney but i am in indiana. sorry. but the way i found him was i called and called almost every attorney in the phone book and went in for many interviews until i found the best one i liked and he is wonderful. you have to have a LOT of persistance and patience. i have found that a recommendation from someone else isnt always the best for your situation. but sometimes it is. sorry if i seem to be of little help.
