been trying to get a group of pll together flying bi-planes
this is for guys,or kids, orgirls even. if any of you used to be into gaming i just want to send an open invite to play rise of flight a ww1 byplane dogfight sim. you can get the game from www.riseofflight.com . i use a programmable joystick (logitech freedom 2.4) i also have saitek rudder pedals but you don't need them with that stick it has twist action for that.i just wanted some others with a bpi to start a squad and train to take on other squads. as of now i'm the only one with a disability and well it sux cause i get pwned lol but with the help of others we could get a good squad. i can make a server with a password to insure only bpi'ers get in and we could start out with really easy settings and add settings to make it harder till we can go to other servers and kick butt. i realize i have tried posting this topic before but i really think it could be a tool to bring alot of us together and grow close no matter how far apart we live. also we can get headsets with mics and talk on teamspeak it is free and a good tool to use as so we can communicate. i really wish a few would get on board it is so much fun and as you get better it makes you feel really good to shoot down able bodied players (usually kids but ppl as old as 55 that i know of play it. i am hoping to get at least three people but more would be great. i just feel so alone being the only one in my shoes playing. so if your interested or your child is interested you can reach me by email at danielscheper@hotmail.com and we can work out details from there. i really look forward to meeting some ppl interested in flying. this game is a sim so it is really just like flying. also you can play the game offline to get better at it too. i am really excited to share my love of bi-planes with a few of you i'd be happy if i even got one person interested.
hope to hear from you soon,
Daniel aka "s8n"
guess i'll try here to lol

- Injury Description, Date, extent, surgical intervention etc: LOBPI. I am 77 yrs old and never had a name for my injuries until 2004 when I found UBPN at age 66.
My injuries are: LOBPI on upper body and Cerebrael Palsy on the lower left extremities. The only intervention I've had is a tendon transplant from my left leg to my left foot to enable flexing t age 24 in 1962. Before that, my foot would freeze without notice on the side when wearing heels AND I always did wear them at work "to fit in" I also stuttered until around age 18-19...just outgrew it...no therapy for it. Also suffered from very very low self esteem; severe Depression and Anxiety attacks started at menopause. I stuffed emotions and over-compensated in every thing I did to "fit in" and be "invisible". My injuries were Never addressed or talked about until age 66. I am a late bloomer!!!!!
I welcome any and all questions about "My Journey".

well the best start is to go to the website and read up on it if ya like what ya see you WILL need a joystick. one with twist action for rudder control if ya don't wanna spring for pedals. then you can download the demo and give it a try. if ya don't like that one you can check out il2:1946 (it's another flight sim) but it's ww2. rise of flight is ww1 and much more fun in my opinion. then you can email me and we can set up your game controls (i'll help ya) and then i'll make us a practice server and we'll get started. another thing you might wanna invest in a headset so we can talk i'll help ya set that up too. but first we better get you some controls and a game though huh.
looking forward to flyin with ya,
