Medical Alert info page missing on new site
Hi, I have been suffering from TBPI chronic pain since 2002 after Caesarian birth of my son. I had the medical alerts printed out giving info to medics in case of emergency re: needles in right arm, positioning for surgery etc and have now run out but cannot find the link to the Right Side Brachial Plexus Injury Medical Alert. Any advice?

Surgery with Dr Waters (BCH), April 1999 and in February 2012
2 more daughters, Julia (1999), Sarah(2002) born Cesarean.
