Maia's at that age - going through puberty where it's really important for her to have some peer group socialization. We are looking forward to it - for her sake. Of course, I'm sure we will have fun, too!

Francine -- Actually, Carolyn beat you to it but you were second
Mellissa -- I'm editing my message because I should state that although the "Guest Room" says it sleeps five it is more like a traditional hotel room with two queen beds. You can read more about the accomodations here: http://www.ymcaoftheozarks.org/troutlod ... mmodations
I might suggest posting on the board that you would be interested in rooming with someone, if that's something you are comfortable with. I'm sure there will be many others that would be in the same boat and interested in teaming up. I know we already have three people who are doing that. Maybe you could even start a post on the Camp board and see if anyone has an interest in rooming together.
I'm glad you are considering coming to camp!

Claudia just let me know that there are two handicapped accessible rooms. You can email her directly if you would like to discuss. Claudia Strobing <luv2bakeferu@aol.com>

Re: You can Register for Camp now!
Maybe I'm missing something but I can't find the amount due for a deposit. Or is that up to us? I have to have a lovely Root Canal next week and I need to pay out of pocket/charge it, until I can get reimbursed. Can I wait until after next week to make a deposit?
Thanks,
Traci

Re: You can Register for Camp now!
Ok I may sound dumb but I am getting a little confussed on the registration page. When you check the box for how many adults does that include the room too or do you have to check the box for a room as well. I ask because there is a box for how many adults that arent staying at the camp but for meals and activities only, so I don't understand the 2 different prices? I think I need to redo my registration any ideas on what I need to do? I am computer dumb so not real comfortable on the things, thanks for any help. It's our first camp and so excited but getting kinda expensive for our whole family. Sandy Mitchell

I read a post about the rooms, are you saying the room that sleeps 5 really only sleep 4? Can't afford to up grade to a bigger room. Thanks Sandy
