Arm pain

Hi! I have a 8 yr. old with RBPI. She has had 2 surgeries and has done pretty good. She is having issues with her right arm. When she runs very much, she gets muscle twitches and pain in her arm. She also having some pain at night and must use a heating pad on her arm to sleep. She has no natural arm swing on the right side. In the past she has struggled most with growth spurts. Anyone have a child having these issues? She also has nerve shocks that just happen to her randomly.
