With the one touch can opener, you have to be very careful with certain types of cans you open. Some of the cans have taken the whole top edge of the can off leaving a sharp rim around the remaining part of the can.

I researched it and there are some great items out there on prior posts if you look back, too many to list but it goes to 2003! Good luck.

Excellent item by the way. I've been shoving the handle in between the wall and a hand towel rack. Not too safe though.

I need all the help I can get so anyone have any other favorite types of "One Things"? I think I have just "bumped" this topic! :>) I am interested in all kinds of things-not just one handed things, but coping things for loneliness or the depression, a med that helped the pain the most, and exercise that helped a lot,a sling that kept your arm up most comfortable,etc.etc. Just that one thing you really know has been your favorite. Thanks!

These lock-laces work great! I use them for all my shoes and boots. The only problem is you need somebody to help you lace them up for the first time. Once there on they fit great and are totally adjustable. Tieing shoes is a pain with one hand, you never get them tight enough!
