Just wanted to share this poem I wrote for my daughter Ella(OBPI 2 MONTHS OLD)...

God gave me a beautiful Angel,
with a tiny broken "wing."
Her name is Mariella,
"Heal her Lord," I sing.

Why harm was brought upon her,
I never will know why.
I think you believe I am strong enough Lord,
but please wipe my tears when I cry.

I will hold my Angel in my arms,
Together we will stay strong.
We begin our journey down this darkened road,
One which we were chosen to travel along.

In times of despair I look into her eyes,
I bring myself to a dream.
I see my Angel ready to fly,
For she has healed her wing.

I know my Angel has faith in you Lord,
so please hold this dream in your hand.
When you're ready to let go and send a miracle her way,
With open wings she will fly, and on you shoulder
she will land.

She will thank you with a smile,
And a tiny Angel kiss.
Through her life she will always remember,
The day you handed her this wish.

My Angel will never forget you Lord,
Forever you will be near.
Her Lord's handprint was placed on her heart,
Something she is Oh so proud to wear.
