What Would You Do ????

Post by LuAnn »

Would you seek legal counsel for a BPI injury sustained during a surgery in the arm pit area to remove a top rib ??

How long would you wait to seek counsel as it's only been four weeks since the surgery ???

Yes ASAP It doesn't hurt to start looking for a good lawyer and file the suit now you can always drop it but its better to be prepared and not wait till the last minute. also over time and I'm talking even days records get changed and go missing making it harder to prove malpractice. When my son was born I got the records before I left the hospital there were 240 pgs when my lawyer requested them there were 160 in the file and papers that were not signed by the dr were now signed showing he had been at the hospital the whole time when indeed he had left the hospital. also things were changed like the apgar score.
