I just received a phone call from our attorney that the doctors attorneys want another attempt at mediation. I'm hoping this is a good sign. Though I dread the thought of going through the trial scheduled for Feb. 3, with a 3 week trial docket, I'll do it if I have to, for Michaela. Pray that the mediation will go well and we won't hacve to go to trial. Thanks, LeeAnne.

- Injury Description, Date, extent, surgical intervention etc: My oldest daughter suffered a LOBPI. We were sent home form the hospital without being told anything was wrong. She had nerve graft surgery at one year of age, tendon transfer and release at 3 1/2 yrs of age.

I'LL PRAY FOR ALL OF YOU I'M JUST STARTING THE JOURNEY MY SON JUST GOT DAIGNOSED 18 MOS AFTER THE FACT I DONT EVEN KNOW WERE TO GO I WORK @KAISER I'M A MEDICAL ASSIT KAISER ALL I KNOW SHRINERS EVEN USES KAISER FOR MRI SERVICES I DONT EVEN WANT THEM TO TOUCH HIM AGAIN THEIR TRYING TO SAY IT MIGHT BE MILD CEREBRAL PALSY SO I WONT SUE.I 'VE BEEN PRYING EVERY NIGHT SINCE I FOUND OUT 9/19/02 THE DATE I WILL NEVER FORGET THE DATE THEY CONFIRMED MY WORST FEAR SOMETHING WRONG WITH MY BEAUTIFUL ANGEL, MY BOO, MY RYAN.I'LL PREY FOR ALL OF US.
