Does somebody knows any place to go for bpi in Italy?

yes... Dr. PL Raimondi is there - Dr. Raimondi and Pr. Gilbert (paris) put together this site...

on the first opening screen - click on the icon for policlinico... and it will take you to the hospital's site...his email is probably buried somewhere there

I don't know italian so I can't help you any further than that!
