Is severe burning 2-l/2 months out a good sign?

Post by sommersuz »

My injury occurred in August of this year. Though the giant pain has somewhat subsided in bad arm, since I've started exercising a have a severe burning sensation in both arms. Is this perhaps a good sign that something is trying to "fire up" and work or just wishful thinking? Also, I have found tiny nodules along my arms, (I think in the veins). Is this normal too for a bpi? Thanks to everyone on this site! My prayers are with you all for no pain!!! This thing has definitely changed my life. I am a paralegal and have lost my job now, along with insurance...it has changed my life. Also, those of you who were injured from a surgery, does anyone have advice as to lawsuits or is it not worth the time or energy since the medical malpractice laws have changed?

Sorry, don't know about the burning. However there is a lawyer, Ken Levine, that posts here quite regularly. He is very knowledgeable about BPI's and could probably give you advise on the legal aspects. If he can't help you he will also help you find someone in your area that can. He flew to WI from Boston for our BPI gathering a few weeks ago. He will answer e-mails, here is his address Klevine@Klevinelaw.com

No, Ken is not injured. He has just handled many of these cases and keeps very informed in all aspects of the injury.
It is my son that has the injury. His was caused by an auto accident.
I know I have seen others on here that have the injury from surgery. Maybe try typing it in the seach box and you can get some of them to come up. I can't remember who they were right off hand.... ah did come up with a couple, looks like greeny, dalejrfan and Mary Beth have injuries from surgeries.
