triangle tilt 10 months ago-going good

Post by Paula »

Hey all! Aaron just had another check up with Dr Nath after having had triangle tilt in January and all is well. My husband said that Dr Nath seemed a little concerned that Aaron has gained quite a bit of weight since the last time he saw him and had told my husband that if Aaron loses range to call him. Aaron has been on steroids for asthma and has ballooned up about 15lbs since january. he is 7yrs and weighs 70lbs quite concerning but could the weight of his arm cause him to dislocate?

Yes... excess weight of the arm is not a good thing. We were warned a few times for Maia. One specialist said that any surgery we had for Maia might fail because of the weight of her arm. But it's not an easy thing to remedy... we made dietary changes, she no longer buys lunch at school (we pack) and she has at least two hours of good aerobic activity a day...and still it's a problem

I am currently in the process of scheduling my daughter for the surgery. What is your opinion of the surgery?
Thanks
