Ken, I am a a total lose for words regarded legal issues with my daughter Heather. A lawyer in Midland recently turned down our case because Heather did not have an avulsion. I have seen her files to another firm in Dallas and am waiting for feed back. Heather's doctor has been sued in another case and this firm is aware of the case. Yet I am afraid I will again hit a brick wall. Please advise me regarding a filing on behalf of my self. I am having numbness in both arms. Please offer me advise.
