Laser Spine Clinic

Does anyone know anything about The Laser Spine Clinic in Tampa, Fl? I would appreciate any and all information anyone might have. I have a friend with an annular tear L1, L5 with spinal stannous - narrowing of the canal. They are saying he can have his problem fixed in one day and will be 100% in 5 days.
