after reinervation of the affected mussle/mussles can steroids both anabolic and androgenic help rebuild them back up to size?

Ha!!!! I was wondering that myself. My PT said no. I didnt have the nerve to ask my doctors, they already think im crazy!

i dont see why not? if you did the work lifted the weights etc, with the addition of anaboloic steroids im sure it would work. but you would have to ensure you did the work. steroids alone would not help.

Gracilis muscle transfer for new bicep is working somewhat, still have a way to go-no hand-to-mouth motion yet!

I would definitely consider this. I know there is Liver problems associated with steroids, but maybe not in moderation I don't know. Also, it's illegal for the military I'll have to look and see if there is a medical waiver/acceptance for this type of situation.

I just had the second part of my initial eval with a new P.T. doc and it pointed out the many things/movements I don't have/can't do compared to what I can do in the water! It definitely has given me a false sense of security. It was quite depressing, maybe it's just the mood I'm in today or something. It sure is hard to shake this "poor ole pitiful me grasp that takes hold from time to time!!:-(
