Thanks to everyone for the kind words and e-mails. These boards are so comforting in times like these. These injuries are not common and I don't personally know anyone that's been through this which makes people on this board great!!!

Dr. Grossman is located in Miami and he is fantastic. My son has a global injury and Horner's syndrome too. Dr. Grossman did primary surgery on him when he was 4 months old and I didn't see any movement till he was 11 months old. The progress my son has had is amazing. He started with nothing in his left arm, and after primary, he gained feeling to his fingertips, has deltoid, bicep, and tricep back. He just had a tendon transfer and botox with Dr. Price. But I give all the credit to what he has gained so far to Dr. Grossman!
