is there anybody that had muscle transplant for the biceps?

If the answer is yes:

Did they take the muscle from the leg and what are the cosequences for the leg?

Are u happy with the results u achieved?

What is the timing for the improvement of stregth?

Is it a surgery that u would suggest to do?
