Rach, did you have to send the nasty cold this way? I have never seen my breath actually freeze to my scarf. This is insane! Its 50 below 0 with the wind chill. Every thing is freezing, even the channel under the big bridge here is frozen --OVERNIGHT! That never freezes!
I am not enjoying this frosty cold weather. Hope its warmer every where else!!!

- Injury Description, Date, extent, surgical intervention etc: 28 years old with a right obstetrical brachial plexus injury. 5 surgeries to date with pretty decent results. Last surgery resolved years of pain in my right arm however, I am beginning my journey with overuse in my left arm
