Hi Guys,
Hope you are al well. Just an update.
Well i had my distall bypass nerve surgery on the 26th of october 2007.
This was my second surgery after my primary nerve surgery involving the sural nerve graft.
Seems my deltoid is coming back, it is heavily atrophed, as it has been since the 26th of may without use, but i am able to move it slightly away from my body, and the surgeon said there is a flicker in the brachialis part of my bicep! so fingers and toes crossed that this is the beginning.
God Bless
Shaun

Howdy Shaunn.
I am inspired by your news. Congratulations are in order for both you and your surgeons.
I thought about you just yesterday or the day before as I was watching T.V. or I was on my laptop and news or something about someone or something or somewhere in Australia made me take note. Jeeze too bad I don't remember my notes. I did remember you though and I'm sure glad of your good news.
Scott
I've got it now. I'm sorry to learn of the loss of your fellow Aussie, Heath Ledger. That was too soon for such a young man, husband(or mate) and father.

thanks guys..much appreciated...more then you can imagine. Hope that flicker is a flicker and leads to more.
Heath was taken much too young, i agree Scott...
Many people here are very saddened by it.

These improvements are so uplifting!! I have all my digits crossed for you as well! May the good Lord continue to bless you!!

Hey brent hope you are well..thats great you are getting some movement!!!..i think i have to put more work into range of motion and the pulley apparatus...a little at a time, my delt is getting better. Because they used a fascicle of i think the fcr nerve, i have to bend my wrist to try to get my bicep to move..not sure how it will eventually work! so im hoping this is the start of god things!
