I absolutely agree with Francine, this cannot be stressed enough...brachial plexus injury treatment is highly specialized, please consult with a specialist in this area and do not rely upon your local physicians/neurologists alone. Time and time again we hear of parents who are given incomplete or incorrect information by their local physicians and neurologists, due to the fact that they are not current on the advances in this highly specialized field. Of course there are always exceptions to this rule, but they appear to be few and far between, sad to say.
