WITH ALL THE PUBLICITY ON OB MALPRACTICE SUITS AND RISING INSURANCE COSTS, THE OB WE TRIED TO SUE TOLD THE OB FLOOR (I USED TO WORK ON AND STILL HAVE FRIENDS ON) THAT HE WON THE SUIT AND THAT "IT WAS A VICTORY FOR ALL MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS". HE, OF COURSE, CALLED IT A "STUPID BP CASE". LADIES (AND GENTS), I AM STEAMED! ANY GREAT IDEAS? I AM NOT DONE WITH THIS ISSUE. I'LL BE DAMNED IF HE IS GOING TO BRUSH THIS UNDER THE RUG.

I would meet with the head of staff and perhaps charge him with harassment... what an rude - carless - dr. he is..... there is one final judge who will take care of this... and there he will have to answer not only for the injury but also for his behavior now!

What a pompus ass. Unfortuately people like that are hard to change. I'm a big believer of Karma, and it doesn't sound like he has much good Karma coming to him. He sounds so arrogant that you almost have to feel sorry for him, going through life without a clue about anyone but himself, thats sad. I think I'm one of the lucky ones who's dr. showed genuine dismay when minutes after my daughter birth her injury was discovered. Don't let his arrogance get the best of you, your a much bigger person then he'll ever be.

Any Dr. that walks around with that kind attitude after what he has done to your child is a BIG FAT JERK, that takes alot of gull to act that way, he does not have to go through the pain and agony that child has to go through, that just makes me sick, he needs to pay, just like any of the other Dr. out there need to pay for what they have done to all these babies, children. If anyone would like to know who to turn there delivery Dr. into I have that information.
