Can't find a Lawyer

Post by Jessica Wilson »

I have already tried 2 lawyers in my area and one from new york. But nobody seems to want to help. My son dylan has a LBPI. Does anyone no any good lawyers that work with people out of state. Or that has won these kinds of cases before?
Thanks, Jessica

Not so good news from the doc.

My son Dylan is now 18 months old and had nerve graph surgery surgery at 6 months. So its been a year on the 21 of july. We just got back from seeing doctor Park out of St.Louis Childrens Hospital. He said that since dylan hasnt gotten any bicep back yet then he's worried he won't get any back ever. Dylan has very strong deltoids, triceps, and hand and finger function. But no bicep at all. I aksed about botox and mod quad. And re do nerve gragh surgery. And he said no to all. He said any of those could take away from what dylan has. Me and my family are wondering what to do now. Dylan technically still has 6 months of recovery time according to doc Park. But thats not long. And we still havent even seen a flicker. Not even with elec stim. Does anyone have any suggestions that could help. I would appreciatte it.
Thanks
Jessica
