Settlement vs Trial

My daughters settlement is date for the month of October 2007, and a trial date is set for November 5, 2007. I want to home school my daughter in that case I would need to access some of her monies in able towork a few hours less. Are parents able to access their childs monies? I know that I have my own settlement pending also, but I am not sure how that works. Thanks Shannon

We were not alllowed to touch Brandon's money. Some when into a settle ment account for any future medical and then the rest went into an annuity !
