4 year old daughters specialist is recommending botox with affected arm casting followed by a series of constraint therapy.
My question for you is from an emotional standpoint. How difficult is it to work through this? We have some family changes coming up (moving, new baby arriving) and I am hesitant to overwhelm my daughter. Its also swimming weather and for the first time she is loving this.
What is your recommendation on this? Is it something incredibly frustrating or easy to live with for a few weeks?

Re: Question on botox/casting/constraint therapy
CAn you skip it for another month or two? Or does she have school that this would interfere with?
Personally I hate missing my swiiming season but unfortunately for me, I am now in college and can no longer have my surgeries during school, so I am missing my summer activities terribly!
Good luck but if I were you I would wait until fall.
