I fell and fractured my Scapula about 2 months ago, and had multiple fractures in the Glenoid process too, but everything healed in place & no rotator cuff injuries. I was doing very well in PT until last week, when I started having increasing pain and loss of range of motion.
The injury was in my dominant(right)arm, and I've been using my left hand/arm the last several months. Now I'm getting pain from overuse in my left arm. I'm worried, as I'm a web developer, and not sure what I'm going to do if I can't mouse with ANY hand.
Is there anything that works but rest and ice? I can't take NSAIDS because I had GI surgery a few years ago.
