Back in the Physical Fitness mode
About two years post injury, severe BPI and shoulders sublaxation, and sweating it up running and in the gym. I do experience much pain, but that is a given...I guess. Next goal is to regain an old passion...Scuba Diving! There is much life for us to be had. Don't let anything hold you back!!!!!!

That's the spirit! Exercises post injury is vital to really feeling good. Early, it is a tough break through, but once you get rolling, your body will crave it.
Scuba sounds great. Its one activity I have no tried (yet). That would be awesome!

Been thinking about SCUBA myself. I work with an instructor who tells me it is very possible with a few minor modifications.

I am working diligently with the occupational Therapist at the VA in designing a sling so I can run, ect. The sling we have created so far is awsome; better then any sling I have tried. When we are finished I will introduce you to this sling. Hope everybody is having a good day, take care.
