I just saw Dr. Nath's book briefly. So my only impression is: hey, finally we have a book to refer to and it has color pictures! Amazon does sell it, but it is a print-on-demand book and you buy it from vbworm. I've ordered a copy.

The book is on bn.com now - vbworm is no longer selling it on Amazon either. It is cheaper through bn.com and you can use various discounts.
