I ask this question because we all have suffered a devestating and traumatic injury or know someone who has. Some of us come here looking for answers, some for support, and some are even saved by this place. I just want to say I feel thankful. Thankful that someone before me had the fortitude to create a please that we can come to when there is no where else. I hope everyone has felt the Spring and the growth it brings for all of us.

How do you feel right now?
Re: How do you feel right now?
I feel really sleepy and lazy right now. Workout today was excellent and I'm feeling it everywhere.
Re: How do you feel right now?
Feeling pretty good right now actually...BPI-wise anyway. Can't say that for my personal life. :0( however...moving swiftly along...I too am always grateful that these boards are here. They have been in existence for quite a few years now. I first found them way back in 2001, and thanks to the people I 'met' on here, went forward with my previously rather stagnant life in leaps and bounds.
Of course, in those days the boards were all 'one,' then they split into OBPI adults and TBPI. It was pretty soon after this that a few of us (mostly Brits) who posted regularly on here decided that we needed a website and messageboards of our own, and the TBPI Group was created. http://www.tbpi-group.org http://pub28.ezboard.com/badultswithbra ... usinjuries
Since then, the group has grown in number into the hundreds, and we have annual meetings in the UK. The TBPI Group has also become a registered charity in the UK. We even get people referred to us, and that has got to be a good thing..that the Drs actually trust us now to kind of take over where they leave off.
All this would not have happened if it wasn't for UBPN unwittingly providing these boards as a kind of springboard for us all those years ago.
As a group, we look forward with confidence that eventually, our numbers will help to make changes in how these very complicated injuries are treated in the future, and most of all, how the pain can be dealt with positively and successfully.
All the best to everyone here...
