New problem for Frankie

Frankie and I just left the ER, earlier today his OT noticed a bump on his clavicle that wasn't there Tue so we went to have it checked out after an x ray the doctor felt its an AC prominence that the distal clavicle was popped up but they couldn't tell if a muscle or tendon had come loose.The ER doctor tryed to call Dr Nath to find out what he wanted done and if we should keep splinting Frankie , he has 2 1/2 weeks left of night time splinting but Dr Nath is in India. Has anyone had this problem and want did you do need info.

Try E-mailing Dr. Nath. He does return e-mail while out of the country. Try it...if he is checking e-mail, he will return yours GAYLE

Yes that was the 1st thing I did when we got home from the hospital he just got back to us I wasn't sure he would get the email He said he feels there is nothing to worry about but most doctors that aren't bpi doctors feel the clavicle should be one way but bpi kids are all different in the shoulder and there is no such thing as the normal shoulder. He also said Frankie can stop wearing his splint (YEAH) he was really starting to get depressed lack of sleep alot of homework and OT to boot he is stressed to the max then he says he gets mad at himself for getting angry.
