Send info now or wait?

Post by kissygoose »

I think my neruosurgeon is going to join the group of useless drs. He totally did a 180 on me and is now not going to order the next EMG for my hands but wants me to come see him. He even said he never told me about the EMG in the first place. He wants me to come in and talk about the MRI I had on my neck even though it only shows mild problems and doesn't think it's what is causing all the additional pain and CTS symptoms.

I had planned on waiting for the EMG to send all my info to Dr. Nath but now I don't know if I need to wait till I see the surgeon again (mid Feb) to send everything or if I should just go ahead and send everything now.

advice?

Haven't done the video yet. I'm trying to work it out. My digital camera takes short videos so I thought about seeing if I could do a couple of short ones (like sections) and send them to him that way.

Send what you have and don't worry about the EMG Frankie didn't have anything but a video. Dr Nath uses Dr Kumar to do the EMG if he thinks you need one and he is the best he did tests that had never been done on Frankie he said most of the time its just the standard EMG but he goes one step further the tests took 2 1/2 hours.
Good luck Mare
