natalie, gosh i really don't know what to say i guess there isnt much that i can say that will make you feel better except thank you for trying and even though it may not be a victory for you and logan, the doctor who delivered you will have to be more accountable next time and maybe you have saved some child the awful experience of bpi, and if by chance he does inflict this on another child he will have the record to show for it. i will pray for your faith, i know that you are hurting right now but God really does have a plan for all of us. and if you will remind me of that when we go to trial i will appreciate it.

Natalie,

I am truly sorry you lost the trial. The doctor and the rest of the "liars" should be ashamed of themselves. Know in your heart you did the best you could for your child and know in the future she will be grateful for everything you have done for her.

Natalee,
I don't know what to say except to add to the chorus of those saying 'I'm sorry'. And to reiterate what others have said about our justice system -- that it is not just. Those of us who live with this injury every day of our lives know you were right and if there were true justice, you would have won your case.

Know that you have done the best you could for your child and that she will appreciate learning someday that you took these painful steps for her. Be at peace with yourselves.

Dear Natalee,
I'm sure that no words I can say will take away the frustration, hurt and sadness you must be feeling right now. I just wanted to let you know I am thinking of you and share your anger and sadness! When your child is old enough to understand all that you have done for her she will be proud to know that you did all that you could to try and provide for her future. It was not you who let her down... it was the doctor and jury.
We are in the very beginings of litigation and I am shocked at how people can lie and live with themselves. I wish you and your family peace of mind.
sincerley,

I am so sorry to hear that there were many dishonest, uncaring and ignorant people in your fight for Logan. BUT while Logan did not get justice in financial form she by no means lost--she has a terrific set of parents that fought a fight for her-a very important and deserved fight but not THE fight, which is what you do for her every minute of every day-- what she needs you to do, what is best for her.

I know that feeling of failure and in time it will lessen, like in the greiving process. I wish that all of us could comfort you, take away the hurt. Just like when Logan was injured you will work your way through this and not let it eat you up. Life with the girls will soon take over again. What goes around comes around and the doctor will someday answer as will anyone that maliciously (sp?) hurt Logan in that courtroom.

Again I am sorry to hear about the loss of the case. Like Logan will be someday--we are all proud of you two for going through this tough ordeal.

Natalie and family...I am deeply sorry about what happened in your trial. I really don't know what to say other than that. Please know that you didn't fail Logan. You fought as hard and as honestly as you could and, unlike the doctor, you will be able to look at yourself in the mirror because of your honesty. I feel awful for you guys. I'm thinking about your family.

Dear Natalie and family
There is nothing I can say that will help ease your pain, but I am very sorry for what you are going through. You are a brave woman and I admire your strength. Logan is a lucky child indeed.
As for the doctor, we all know what lying (expletive deleted) they are. He knows he was wrong and hopefully under that smug exterior, he will live with the guilt.
Take care of yourself. (((Natalie)))

Natalie,

I'm sorry to hear that you lost your case. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Now, that this is over why couldn't you write to the doctor and tell him exactly how you feel about this? I think that might help you get out some of the emotions that you are feeling. He/she needs to know the impact that he/she has made on Logan, you and your family. I don't see how that could be wrong or illegal or am I wrong? I wouldn't say anything negative like I hope you die or bring up the trial but the whole aspect of dealing with a brachial plexus injury every day. Because, I just don't think these doctors have a clue what our children and family deal with every day! I'm truly sorry!
