Muscle/Tendon Transfers with Dr. Kozin (Shriners - Philly)

I would like to talk with anyone who has had the muscle/tendon transfer surgery with Dr. Kozin at Shriners in Philly. How did everything go? What was the splint like? How was recovery? Were you happy with the results? Any helpful info you could provide would be much appreciated. Thanks!

my daugther was the youngest ever to have a transfer she was 6 months old. Her dr. was Dr. Kozin. He is a wonderful man. But I think they do the procedure differently now. She is 4 years old. She had a cast for 6 weeks then a full splint for weeks after can't recall how long. We stayed for a week of therapy after the cast came off. We love Dr. Kozin he is a wonderful caring man.
