Sheila at Dr. Nath's

I just wanted to post how WONDERFUL I think Sheila is at Dr. Nath's office. She is SO helpful! I know I must be driving her crazy. I have been calling almost everyday trying to get my insurance to cover. And she is always so patient, helpful, understanding and kind. It is so nice to be able to deal with somebody like that in such a stressful time. So I just wanted to say thanks to sheila.

I had to post regarding Sheila also. All I can say is she is such a big help during all the prep work before surgery. She has a big heart and it was so awesome to meet her in person after talking on the phone with her for months and months!

Just wanted to follow up again with my original post. I just got off of the phone with her AGAIN! I don't know how she is always so patient and understanding! I am driving myself crazy with all the questions I have for her, and she never gets irritated with me. I am so grateful to have her in this difficult time. It is such a nice change from the medical field down here in Las Vegas!
