Hello again, I was looking at the pedi wraps at Francine's website. (love it very informational) Does anyone know what kind of material they are made of? Could a person make one?
I showed it to Hannah's OT & and she was very impressed. We were trying to find something that might help Hannah get more stablity in her arm so she is able weight bear. We use a air splint. Doesn't work to well. I notice the weight bearing hard splint. But the OT didn't seem to eager to make one. So we were to told to try a swimming pool floaty. To big. Thanks.

Splints?
Re: Splints?
Nicki - we have a pedi wrap that is 8" long that I can send you for Hannah. You measure from the arm pit to the wrist. You buy two... - one never got used. If this is the right size then email me your address
francine@injurednewborn.com.
Otherwise - making it would be thick materials, velcro, and some kind of a flat but very hard 'stay' in it. It goes from armpit to wrist. The pedi wraps are really well made though.
