My name is Margaret. I am 22 with a ROBPI. I live in Mobile, Alabama and I am currently in Nursing School. I am absolutely surprised (and concerned) by how many bpi's there are out there. But excited that there are so many people now getting the word out about bpi. Keep up the great work.

I did not go to school with her, but she gave me some great advice and let me shadow her one day at work in the ER. It was great to see a fellow BPI in action and realizing that I can do it too. Tell her I send my best wishes on her marriage!

Hello Everyone

Post by Buffy »

I am Buffy. I have 2 daughters. Jordanna is almost 4 and has right arm bpi from birth. Emersyne is 18 months. I live in the Yukon Territory Canada. So far to date we have avoided surgery. We do daily physical therapy at home and Jordanna sees an Occupational Therapist and a Physiotherapist once a month. We are about to head down to see her specialists in Edmonton Alberta for a check up.
I am glad I found you all as now I do not feel so alone in this!

Hi I am Tara, mom to Ava 13 mos ROBPI and wife to Andy. So far we are surgery free as Ava continues to improve. She is a very determined little girl and am convinced her little (I mean big) attitude has played a part in her recovery! We live in beautiful lakes country in MN.
