Anyone get a MRI of plexus or familiar with it

I got an MRI today and on the way home, I was thinking..............why didnt the guy doing the test inject the dye into the bad arm.Does it matter which arm the dye was injected into?

When Dustin had his MRI they injected his good arm.
Hope they can get some answeres for you.

Injury Description, Date, extent, surgical intervention etc: LOBPI
no external rotation against gravity, can only go to 90 degree fwd flexion, no hand-to-mouth
1 surgery at age 14 (latissimus dorsi transfer). In 2004, at age 28 I was struck with Transverse Myelitis which paralyzed me from the chest down. I recovered movement to my right leg, but need a KAFO to walk on my left leg. I became an RN in 2008.

It doesn't matter what vein they use, the dye goes through your entire system (body), it does not discriminate the good or bad arm or any other body part.

i would strongly suggest that unless it is an emergency, you should never allow them to stick you in the BPI arm. Because of decrese circulation you have a higher risk for infection !!!
